Yes. Honestly, that's most of our customers when we first talk to them. People know AI is happening — they hear about ChatGPT, they see the news — but they don't know what it actually does for a business like theirs.

Our whole thing is to translate. On the first 15-minute call, we listen to what's slow or annoying in your business, then tell you straight up whether AI can help — and if it can, which one product we'd start with. No deck, no "digital transformation," no jargon. We use plain English because we have to. Half our customers are over 50.

Most people aren't. That's why the call is free and only 15 minutes. We'll ask three or four questions about your business, and by the end of the call you'll either have a recommendation or we'll tell you AI isn't the right fit yet. Either way, no pressure.
A small Cincinnati team. You'll always talk to a real person on every call — never a junior, never an outsourced rep. We've built and run small businesses ourselves, so we know what slow phones and dead leads actually cost.
Two weeks for most products. Some of the simpler ones (like the AI Text-Back) go live in under a week. We won't drag it out — that's how big agencies bill more.
Month-to-month after the first 90 days. Cancel any time after that. No surprise auto-renewals. If it's not working, we'll tell you before you do.
No. The voice on the AI receptionist is genuinely warm and Cincinnati-friendly — most callers don't realize. We let you listen to it before launch and tune anything that doesn't sound right.
Yes. Conversations don't get used to train anything. Customer info is encrypted. For medical practices (med spas, dental), we use HIPAA-aware guardrails so the AI knows what it can and can't talk about.
That's exactly the plan. Most clients start with the $97/mo AI Text-Back, see it work for a couple months, then we talk about adding a second product. We don't try to sell you everything at once.
Four or five new ones. We don't take on more because we want to actually onboard you well, not pass you off to a junior. If we're full, we'll put you on the next-opening list — no commitment.
